Pegasus Aviation Academy (PAA) is a multipurpose aviation training school located in Tamale, Ghana. Registered in Ghana as limited liability Company, PAA aims to provide high quality training in specific aviation related fields. Our core business the training of pilots ab initio to world class standards, using the best technology, training equipment, and science available. Our mission is to teach the science, practice and business of aviation and aerospace, preparing students for productive careers and leadership roles in service around the world.

 

The choice of Tamale as our operational base is a conscious decision derived from our corporate strategy to contribute to the development of the aviation industry in Ghana and West Africa at large. More importantly, we aim to grow and development talents in Africa for the growing aviation sector while supporting the generation of employment in the local economy as our contribution to poverty alleviation. Our location in Tamale also creates opportunities for partnerships with the defense industry in Ghana and beyond, especially in respect of offering training opportunities to air force personnel within the region.

 

PAA offers highly competitive rates for training various categories of pilots due to its choice of training matrix that effectively combines simulator-based training with flight training to ensure high quality, student-level cost-effective, and quick rollover time while guaranteeing full technical competency of trainees at their appropriate exit points.

Safety is our biggest mission. Pegasus Aviation Academy has put in measures to ensure that our fleets of aircrafts are serviced regularly by qualified mechanics in accordance with FAA and ICAO regulations.
